History of Programs

Year Five's focus on the evaluation of the kidz keep N Fit, an after school program that addressed physical activity and nutrition. Eight schools are currently participating. We understand that as organizations grow and change and new services are available, our inventory will continue to change and consequently updates need to take place. DPI staff has completed the updates to the written inventory that includes specific information on current primary, secondary and tertiary diabetes prevention/control programs. The goal is to make the information available and easy to access not only for the general public but also health professionals.
